Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed once payment is verified. Prices, availability and preparation times are confirmed at checkout.

Custom & catering requests

Custom and catering requests are not confirmed until Lizzy African Food accepts the request, a price is agreed, and payment or deposit is completed.

Payment

Payments are processed in GBP via SumUp. We do not store your card details.

Allergens

Customers with allergies or intolerances must contact us before ordering. Please see our Allergen Information page.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. These draft terms should be reviewed before launch.
