Edikang Ikong

Edikang Ikong is a traditional Nigerian vegetable soup. It is one of Nigeria's most nutritious and popular soups, made primarily with waterleaf and fluted pumpkin leaves (ugu), along with assorted meats, fish, crayfish, palm oil, and seasonings.
